It may be, see if the wording (usually at a lower corner) says ‘ Laminated’. Mine actually says ‘toughened’……which I presume is not laminated, like the windscreen. How did you manage to break it, if you don’t mind me asking ?D3 owned from new, P017 brake recall, BAS FBHIC, new FBH, LR013487 oil pump, new water pump. RRS front lower suspension arms. I have just looked, I cant read the writing as the window is that crazed.
I reversed into the air con unit at work.
Its about 5ft off the ground so the parking sensors didnt sense it. I had a boot full of stuff so couldnt see out of the window!

Just edited, mine is ‘toughened’ it doesn’t say laminated, like the windscreen. I would try wiping it, and criss cross some tape on it, in case it decides to disintegrate when you drive it home.D3 owned from new, P017 brake recall, BAS FBHIC, new FBH, LR013487 oil pump, new water pump. Rear window laminted?
Don't think it is.
On my previous 2005 D3 my rear screen popped after a cold spell just as I left the house.
Thought someone had rear ended me !
Shattered into the load area..... the glass, not me!...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Looks like you've got a tint film on that? It won't be laminated, but the film will keep it together for a while.Richard

Well I made it home
Between the tint and the tape, its got to hold out until the new one is fitted on Wednesday.

You would have been OK as you have the Disco3 sticker holding it all together.......

Autoglass have been today with the second attempt of putting a new window in.
They are now stating that they only do rear windows with antenna mounts in green not privacy, and mine is aftermarket tints.
Is this correct?

If aftermarket tint, then that is correct.
You will have to get the film applied again by a 3rd party company, probably cost you £50-£60 maybe
