| PDC Parking Sensors - Front vs Rear |

Hi...I have a questions...I notice front sensors are a different shape to the rear sensors....are they interchangeable...ie can I fit rear parking sensors to the front.
They are a different part code, but just wondering....because the prices are quite different (set of 4 rear approx same price as 1 front sensor?)

yes they are electrically interchangeable.
I think the front corners? have right angled plugs maybe? and that might be why the part number is different.
Whether straight connectors will fit at the front is another question

Angled front corners may make sense...not sure if enough space there for straight ones or not. D3 HSE

All 4 fronts are the 90 degree type, all 4 rear are the straight. I have read that the two front inner can accommodate the straight type, but the corners have not enough room. 2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8
