Was bored this morning, phoned a couple of dealers for prices for the 1st service.
Was 1st quoted £325 better than my TD4 price but not as good as many of your £230 odd.
2nd dealer was a classic.
2 levels of service, the top one includes a 1 litre top up oil, air con service (does a 1 year old car need this?) a partial valet and a D3 loan car A BARGIN AT £509!!!!!!!!
Lower service does not include any of the above and they thought it was a very good price at £389.
When the time comes for my service I think I shall probably be travelling quite a distance!
I don't mind paying a fair price at all but hate being ripped off. Zermatt silver 06 reg.
Gone but not forgotten !!!

I think some are taking the mick eh ?
Call Shukers in Ludlow and see what they say. I assume its the same for vehicles not purchased from them... but then it may not be ?

My dealer has quoted £260 for first service. Loaner is free unless you pay the £16 to use their insurance!
Never accept the 0.5L 'free' oil top up kit, this costs about £7!

Sounds about right. Anything higher and they are taking the mick. LR set their service costs and this is what the dealer should be using.
