I can confirm that I used it on my Discovery 4 (2016) so it should work but by all means check with GAP.

Great thanks, I'm guessing it's the same as one as the one on GAP IID website, just Britpart made one the same?

I think Britpart were the original UK suppliers/importers for GAP. I bought it for an earlier car and then changed the locked VIN via GAP when I bought my D4 in 2016.
