Passengers door not unlocking when using keyless entry

My passengers door doesn’t unlock when using keyless entry (2011 HSE)

I’ve had a quick scan with my car soft (I know, i know) and it’s coming up with fault codes for:

B102B Passive key

And

B1b01 key transponder

I’ve had a quick Google to no effect, in May man’s terms what are the codes trying to tell me and where should I start looking?

Most likely the door lock actuator has failed - a common fault.

The actuator can be repaired but most simply replace with a new one.

Even though I can unlock it fine with the buttons on the fob and inside the car itself?
