Hi All,
My sunroof is now working, like a fool I held the wrong button for the 20 second reset, it bangs going over bumps and seem loose at the driver side in the sense of I can actually lift it whilst it's closed, is there a way off tightening this and how should I go at it as its becoming a bugbear of mine.
Regards,
Sol

I doubt holding the button in for only 20 seconds would do anything, whist 20 seconds is stated in practice it takes 30 or mor seconds. I would open it and check the plastic side runners, on my old D3 they where severely cracked to the degree I stopped opening it. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Same here… mine worked like a charm, but the cracks in the plastic runners (and former experience in my D2 with water ingress due to the watertubes going to pieces in time) made me clean and grease the runners well, before i sealed the glass panel with sika 291 “ permanently” and pulled the fuse…
Happy me now! No risk anymore for water ingress and damge & The aircon keeps me cool Best regards
Harold
