Not happy

Booked my car in for belts and service at a well known independent specialist, Booked 2 nights accommodation and promised a courtesy car........so this morning arrive at reccomended independent and not Booked in,no courtesy car,no apologies ,very disappointed to say the least

Is there the chance you've contacted and booked with a similarly-named company by mistake? I know it's unlikely but I've seen it done with hotels etc. D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten
