| Back in a D3, Gearbox woes |

Hi folks, back in a D3 after another stint in a D2...
High miles at 213K, been well looked after and drives well apart from the Gearbox not behaving.
Had codes read this morning by Autel Maxsys. Its my brothers tool, and im not proficient with it.
Fault codes:
P081C-00 Park input circuit
P0730-00 Incorrect gear ratio
P0736-00 Incorrect Gear R ratio
Symptoms as follows.
Get a clunk when selecting reverse or drive while stationary
1st to 2nd is slow and with a lurch.
Ocassional lurch / clunk going from 2nd to 3rd, with the same going back down.
Lurchy in town, but good when out of town driving at speed.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Incorrect ratio is not good news.
Internal issues that needs a rebuild at around £2500
The only thing you can really do is check the fluid level really(with engine running) , just incase it’s low.

Could also check the gear selector cable on side of gearbox

Will check this weekend... They last owner had the fluid changed, but not flushed. will update thread once checked.
