Lowering ride height ?

My D3 sits perfectly at the front, but rear sits about 20mm too high both sides.

How would I go about lowering this ? My Autel has calibration function, is this what I need to do - although it does say don't attempt calibration without specialised measuring equipment Rolling Eyes
