The only issue I have is that the CC seems to view the speed at which ii is set as recommended value.
It has no trouble hanging around the +3/ -4km/h range of the set value.

Best part about the D3 and D4 IMHO, used it every day without any complaints on both.
Is is possible to change the % setting on the D3 as to how much speed drops by before it changes down a gear when going uphill, I did it on my old D3 because of the frightening “launch mode” it went into when it changed down on a steep hill with the tin tent on the back Laughing
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Never seen my D4 wander off the target speed - It is rock solid.

Pressing resume from a low speed back to say 70 is a bit hairy though. A touch overly keen I would say.

Thumbs Up

I seem to find when my D4 is in cruise control, it will overun downhill. Not too good.

I confirm, same thing here. Even older cars with auto box were smart enough to downshift for a bit of engine break to hold speed downhill

My car downshifts going downhill when not in cruise. Must give it a go with cruise control on to see what happens.

Mine does the same, I think it is brilliant how it holds lower gears when going down steep hills when not in cruise, as good as it is I would love adaptive but alas it cannot be fitted to mine she’s one year to old to do the mod.
