Prang on Rear bumper
I know this is somewhat trivial for any serious off roaders. But if you are into maintaining that as new look its a real pain.
Having turned off parking sensor (I have a bike rack on) I have just backed into a nice concrete post. Nothing serious but does anyone know if a) you can replace the reflector on the bumper and b) how best to get the sligh scuff marks out?
Want to get back to as best as it can be without replacing the bumper (and no idea what that would cost)
I have a pic of it but not sure how to load the pic up?
Thanks

After this incident I though a new bumper was in order, but everything went back ok.
Re cleaning, that "back to black" stuff worked ok for meDuncan

There is a new reflector on ebay at the moment, not sure how you fit it though.
Regarding the scuffs on the bumper, try a company like chips away they may be able to repair it - I had the front bumper repaired on my old TD5 where someone reversed into it - the repair was like new and IIRC it only cost me about £50 + vat1996 Discovery 1 300TDI ES Biarritz Blue, sold

Cheers Dunc - Ill give it a go. Now that is serious pranging!!!
Your right though about popping back into shape. It actually popped the top piece out which just clips back in. But you can see it is designed to absord "minor" bends56 Tonga Green HSE.

Was she looking for the sachet of conditioner that all MGF owners get as standard in the "hairdresser pack" "you cannot teach stupid people to do clever things"

Actually love the ladder - never thought of getting one before but it does look great!
You might have caused me to spend on more than just a reflector Dunc!! 56 Tonga Green HSE.
