| Windscreen washer non-return valve? |

Hi all,
The front windscreen washers on my D4 need two pulls off the stalk to work. The first pull I get a small trickle after a second or so, then another pull and its working fine.
I suspect a non-return valve has failed and the washer fluid is running back to the reservoir and emptying the pipes between uses.
Any idea if there is indeed a valve and where I'd find it, please?
