Hi all, long time no post
My2005 D3 came up with an engine management fault and cut out, luckily in a good place to pull over. On investigation the tank fuel pump was not lifting fuel to the engine. Pump removed and new one fitted, still no fuel. Fuses checked, all ok. Any ideas please
Thanks

Hi Charles
Search for "fuel relay bypass" yields a few related topics, or whilst reading a few of those posts I came across references to Robbie's Guide To The Low Pressure Fuel System https://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic130062.html which is an excellent description of LP system, with some good pointers Long succession of Disco's since 2001...

Thanks for that Dave
Does anyone know if the wire from the relay, once bypassed, goes directly to the pump. If so any clue as to which wire, colour code, and where any connectors may be. Also, asking a lot, which pins the wire passes through the connector under the wheel arch.
