[For Sale] G4 D3 V8
My circumstances have changed and it's no longer practical for me to keep my dream car... So I am selling.
The car is a genuine competition car, and is one of only probably 15 or so V8 right hand drive cars built. In my mind this makes it pretty rare and it's value should go up.
I saw two other cars before I bought this - one is I think still for sale (it was in that poor a condition!) whereas this one has been lovingly cared for.
So the car has now done 73k miles, is a 2005 vehicle, is orange, has a black leather interior and is in extremely good condition considering age and use. It does have a few scratches and dents, but if you buy one of these cars generally I would advise you keep it as-is, because this is an appreciating, rare classic car, and as such - it has a history that's part of it's value.
Along with all the standard G4 stuff, I have fitted a heated steering wheel (genuine D3/RR sport as the D4 type would not look right on the car) and a new battery. I also had Bodsy flush the transmission (there wasn't any reason for this other than prudence). I changed all the sunroof drains when I bought the car and took great pains to ensure it was as perfect a job as could be done.
I have recently serviced the car.
There is a huge service file.
Pictures are mostly from when I bought it - it hasn't changed!
Price is £15,000.
It doesn't have any significant faults and drives beautifully.
I don't expect the car to sell straight away as it's a niche market, but I promise you it's a great vehicle and I am truly heartbroken to be writing this advert!

Sorry to hear you're selling already - hope you find a good home for it.
Didn't realise you could get a heated D3 steering wheel - how did you manage that? I've thought about a D4 one but haven't done it for the same reasons you mention of originality in a 'classic' car.2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7

I love it lol. One of my favourite combos in fact. And as I have spent a grand on my boys racing this month alone, it reminds me to get it sold!

Just MOT'd today with an all clear after sitting for a year unused. Gonna make a special effort to sell this in the coming months.
First though I am looking forward to driving it again! Work tomorrow, a 100 mile round trip

So i need to raise about £35k for my son's racing next year, so unless any of you want to sponsor a young racing talent, I need to get this car sold soon. Any offers or interest on here before I start openly marketing it?

I'm oddly the same. Its a great car at a great price but as it would be used as an every day vehicle I could see some "lets go off roading jokes".
Have to say I regret selling mine now and going with the new Defender. Still waiting and no build date after 21weeks.
Great motorbike shot and great position (committed) on the bike. Time to lift the knee come rumble strip time.

Hiya. Well it sort of is I suppose. It's not really ready for sale, a couple of jobs to do, but you are welcome to see it in all its not-quite-ready glory. It was mot'd a couple of months ago and I've been driving it about since... The wife also keeps finding excuses to use it!
The reality is though that it's got to go really.

Hi all. Realising I am not going to get the chance to prep this for sale, its now up for a MUCH lower price and is really a bargain!
The only thing it needs is a new bonnet sticker and the tailgate dent repaired.

Bargain . Let's have some more pictures Mr B please. I keep passing by one out in the Forest whilst walking the dogs
I'm currently looking at Volvo's whilst I wait. Thinking something more eco may get a look in up against the impending BMW PHEV arrival.
