Phone adaptor
I've noticed my D3 SR has phone buttons on the head unit and steering wheel. I take it that I wont have bluetooth connectivity ? I have found what looks like a phone connector socket under the lid of the centre storage (fridge) is there an adaptor available for this so I can connect my samsung?
Many Thanks

Does a BT search find your car? Doubt you’ll get an adapter to fit as the few adapters that were available were for phones which were obsolete over 15 years ago.

Thanks for that. Ideally I would like to use for both calls and music. I am going to see if mine (2007) has bluetooth..

If you have the phone controls would think you will have bluetooth, my '07 XS has it, dead easy to pair to your phone. Look in the handbook. AFAIK you can't use the bluetooth for music and there is something about not being able to transfer numbers from your phone but for basic telephony it is fine (so far!).

You can use the numbers in your phone book if you have the IID, just need to upgrade the D3 module. Doesnt take long to do also saves you having to input the code everytime you pair the phone

Thanks for all the help. I discovered that mine does have bluetooth and I was able to pair using 2121 code . Shame you cant play music over it but the adaptor shown available on amazon may be the way forward

Well she IS 15 years old, designed 2 years earlyer even… they did not have wireless apple-car play or like wise then
I use an adapter also, you can get ever cheaper ones and still very good ones
Works perfectly Best regards
