Could I use this blank switch for an LED bar switch?

Could I use this blank switch for an LED bar switch?

There is a replacement available for the unit above the radio that controls the hazards, door locks etc, would I be able to use the blank for an LED switch?

No reason why you could not use the "blank" switch position with a switch to suit
