Boot floor dimensions
While we try and find a local Disco 4 for sale to go and measure up, would anyone know the flat floor dimensions for the boot please ?
Having had the current XC90 model, it is surprising how many Large SUV's are not quite as big in the load area. When we went away on the XC90 we had the dog crate on one side, then the wife's folding mobility scooter next to it. The XC90 was also quite long from the boot lip to back of rear seats. More than a Touareg we tried anyway.
Would need the flattest dimensions ideally, not where it may start to curve upwards on the sides (just judging by photos). Also inner boot lip, with rear door shut to the rear seats would be great . Height I think would be no problem.
Cheers

There's not a straightforward answer to that due to various curved bits and the fore and aft position of the drivers seat being variable depending on the driver.
However....
The largest sheet of plywood that you could fit with the second row of seats down would be 1120 x 1960mm (to the rear edge of the centre console)
For bulkier things, then the minimum width of the boot is 1090mm and the minimum height is 950mm.
The length between the back of the second row seats to the back of the boot is 1120mm.
It is possible to fit a 2400mm long oak sleeper in the back diagonally...just. No room for a front seat passenger though.
