| Is it possible to swap a used ECU to another car? |

I got a 2010 D4 2.7
The ecu is not working properly.
Been told that this might be possible to swap but...
Knowledge in Norway could be better, and new ECU is not optainable... car is not running.
Any ideas? Or help with a new ecu? Partnr LR013571
Thankful for help! really need the car in the snow...

The main engine ECU on mine got water damaged due to a wiring grommet being dislocated. The main problem is the ECU is coded to the engine immobiliser and information needs to be retrieved from the original ECU and then be flashed to the new ECU the engineer had trouble with this as the damage to the ECU was extensive but he didn’t give up and managed it.
