Adding Digital TV?

Hello everyone. I purchased my HSE D4 recently. It is from July 2010. It has the touchscreen with TV option. I live in Spain, i tried wiggling through options, selecting country and PAL B/G, but here in Spain we only have Digital TV now, and because I only get one or two old analogic channels without image, i figure out that I only have analogic TV. My father has a 2011 Range Rover with the same touchscreen, and I can also see digital TV. So, is there any option to replace the TV tuner? (or maybe switch it with my father's one (he never uses TV). Which one would be the correct part, and where is the tuner located? I tried to search through the whole forum but I don't understand myself with so many options and posts.

Thanks a lot.

By the way, aerials are well connected, but I have this grills installed, maybe they are interfering with the signal reception and that’s why I don’t see any channels?

P.S: Tested without the grills and no change

I have a MY14 D4 and I can get several channels but when can you watch it? It is factory programmed to switch off when travelling above 4mph, if you watch it when stationary with the engine off the car battery goes flat in minutes, it cannot be viewed in traffic when stationary as SS cuts in and stops the engine, total waste of time IMHO.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

I do not have start stop. But in my fathers RR battery does not go flat after seeing tv for several minutes.
