Any Advice or know of?

Any ideas on this guys? Tried looking for a replacement, but no luck. Any products out there to fix this that anybody has had experience with. This is my RRS for ref.
 Currently own
RR Sport 3.0 tdv6

Disco 3 V8 (Dearly missed)
3x Disco 1’s 2x tdi 1x V8 (Gone)
1x Disco 2 Td5 (Gone)
1x Freelander 1 (Gone no regrets)
1x Defender 90 County (missed)
