| Problems after new engine with heater/Altox |

Can anyone shed some light on the problem I am having with my Altox 5 GPS?
I have had a new engine fitted at Land Rover and now I am getting the message below, has the unit lost its info? I am getting response from tracking side but nothing from the heater.
Can not find the W9 code and the 9 code is something about Canbus.
Anyone have any advice please.

When I text 'read' to the unit I get the message below.
Error!
The heater does not respond to commands.
