C1A13-64 Suspension woes...

I know this isn't a new subject but I seem to have made myself a bit of a problem and advice would be appreciated

After suffering ome suspension issues towing the caravan last week I decided to do the drier fix
Appeared to be blowing soapy bubbles between the fittings on the drier

All done, but I lifted the suspension to make life easier and now the rear end is stuck in super extended mode, like nigh on a foot over normal ride height.

The front has dropped down to normal ride height. I've had the exhaust valve to bits and its stiff to move but no dessicant debris in there and does move.

Initially it was stuck in off road height but now the front has dropped to normal but the rear way up high and my Discovery bears a resemblance to a dragster at the moment.

Can hear the exhaust valve blowing off when the reservoir is full

Kind of scratching my head now and would appreciate some wisdom is anybdy has some......
