Rechargeable torch - wiring
I’ve bought the rechargeable torch and dock for my MY16 D4. It’s a Jag one rather than LR kit, so the wiring won’t fit into the back of the boot power socket. I can see that there are a couple of spare sockets in the LH luggage compartment area and think that these would be for the rear air con, if it was fitted. I’m thinking that I could probably use one of these (shown in centre of photo and also bottom centre) to provide power to the torch dock.
Has anyone else done this or can advise which wire/connector would be suitable? I’d prefer to connect the dock using a connector rather than splicing into a wire with a scotchlock. Any thoughts, advice much appreciated. Kind regards, Peter
