Can anyone tell me if the GAP IID Tool I bought a couple of years ago would need de-registering if I was to sell try to sell it? Many Thanks Jay

No, the new owner has to re-register to his vehicle at a cost of £25, simply done on the internet. Look on GAP web site for full instructions. It can when others can't,
