Wait for it to get cold or buy a controller.
Pete Bell at BAS sells one, others are available

As std, needs more than a quarter tank of fuel, needs to be below 7 degc outside, only runs with engine running, to many false starts will lock fbh, so might just need codes clearing to work again.

It was an option dependent on spec and year.
I had to turn mine on. If you go to extra features you will find the 4x4 info icon. If you have an active FBH it will be listed there as "timed climate". If its not there then you will need it activating via the tool.
I have an IID tool... all I did was turn the feature on and my FBH came to life via the timed climate. If you want to operate it remotely then you will need to add hardware as above. A mod a week until I have nothing to improve or add.

@ s60r
That is only on a D4 mate… TS has a D3, therefore not in the 4x4 screen… Best regards

Apologies moto. Senior moment - didn’t spot the D3 tab.
Does it still require switching on in the D3 or did they come enabled across the board? A mod a week until I have nothing to improve or add.

I thought so..
Regarding your question… i can better rephrase my answer above..
“

Answers are allready there… incl “how to”
Bottomline There is only a auxiliary heater in a D3, no parkingheater… Best regards
Harold

…………….
Fitted as standard on all models regardless of spec. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
