| Possible to read alarm trigger sources with IID? |

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to read the alarm trigger sources with an IID tool. Reading the D3 workshop manual section 419-01A Anti-Theft Active, it states that the Landrover T4 diagnostics can read the last 10 alarm triggers and I am wondering if the same is possible with the IID tool. I have searched the forum and had a good look through the IID tool options but haven't located an equivalent function.
My D3 has develped an annoying habit of sounding the alarm a few minutes after remote locking the vehicle, th alarm sounds for a few minutes, then resets and then starts sounding again. All the doors/tailgate lock (at least the exterior handles will not open the doors). I have shorted the bonnet switch and unplugged the internal volumetric sensor without any change.
So I am hoping I can get a log of what is triggering the alarm. I haven't discounted the possibility of the battery but I don't believe this is the problem.
Hoping the IID tool can point in the right direction.

I wouldn’t disconnect the internal sensors.
Try pressing lock on the fob twice , which I think disables internal sensors

Check if the iid store a "C1B19 Door status signal" DTC in the fault list...

I had a similar problem which turned out to be the wiring loom connector between the drivers door and body. The seal wasn’t fully home causing some corrosion on a couple of the pins.

thanks for the replies. i disconnected the sensors in a process of elimination, but all reconnected after.
since the bonnet and volumetric sensors appeared to be ok, and all the doors and tailgate lock i decided to take a punt on the siren iteself. when disconnected of course it no longer sounds. But had there been a fault with any door/volumetric sensors i would have expected the car horn to sound instead which it didn't. I could trigger the alarm by opening the passenger door ith a key and the horn sounds.
so i'm leaning towards a fault with the siren itself, which from trawling through the forum appears to be a weak point. i assume there is an internal battery and after 19 years it wouldn't surprise me if that is at fault.
i'll take another look at the suggested error codes with the IID, but I couldn't see any errors flagged previously, hence my question on whether a history of alarm triggers was available.

thanks Pete. yes, I had tried that at an early stage of annoyance, but with no success. siren still sounding repetively a few minutes after alarm was armed. Hence question about the IID tool being able to read a history of alarm triggers.

So if I disconnect the siren on mine, it sounds the car horn instead. (providing the horns function!)
I and others have done that because the horn is louder!
So,
1) check horn works off steering wheel
2) Cause an alarm condition, and prove it triggers the horn
Then, just leave the siren disconnected if that has solved your issues
EDIT: oh I see you did most of that already!
