| Drivers window won't close with the door open?! |

This has happened to be twice now. I've tried to close the window with the door open it outright refuses. I can hear a little squeak from the motor then nothing. I can't even use the controls to open or close other windows. When I close the drivers door, everything works again.
Thoughts? I suspect it is an issue with the wiring somewhere.

Common to break? Do you know where or what the fix is?
Edit: I assume swapping out the entire loom.

loom in the rubber sleeve, all cars/trucks break in there, quick fix is a heat shrink crimp, but they do not flex very well, so better fix is a new section of wire and fit two crimps one in car and other in the door end of the loom, that way the crimps are not under any strain.
