What’s broken now?
Hi lads & lasses.
I thought I’d suffered a broken auxiliary belt but after a quick look it’s a tad more than that, while I’m waiting for a call back from a garage can someone pretty please tell me which particular bit of kit has gone for a Burton?
Right hand side of engine from the front.
Added another pic to show the relevant part.
It had been running so well too..... 😩

Re “running so well”, never, ever, ever say that. I said that out loud to my D3 (may she rust in pieces) and her engine packed up a couple of km down the road. They listen, they know!

As the post earlier It was a bust power steering bracket, garage sourced a second hand one and had it adapted so that it bolted through from the front to the rear attachment point.
It looked like the rear bolt had been missing for some time and eventually the bracket let go.
Thanks for the replies.
