Aircon ECON button doesn't work / no light on it
Hello everyone.
I've tried searching the entire forum about this ECON button but my problem hasn't been debated yet it seems.
My problem is the following : I've got my A/C working cold and fine, today it was about 15°C and wanted some fresh air from outside, when I tried to use the ECON button that previously worked and shown a orange light when pressed, that button didn't work, not orange light shown. I can switch off the blowing air and the A/C, but impossible to have normal air without the A/C.
I've tried to reinitiate the HVAC by pressing recycle+ECON button and turning ignition on, the button doesn't seem to work and show no light when pressed.
I've tried to look at all the fuses that could be linked to this particular button but my understanding was that if the HVAC fuse was to be blown, the entire AC wouldn't work.
So, is it possible that the button is toasted and need replacement or is there some Land Rover Discovery black magic manipulation I can do to repair this ?
Any help is welcome here.

That panel comes out easily, so you can check with a meter that the switch is working and whether there is voltage.

Sooo,
Got the unit out today, opened everything and tested the little switch, no current passing with voltmeter.
Tested the other switches, all good, voltmeter biping.
My new quest : finding one switch like that to resold on the board.
If anyone knows what kind of switch / push switch it is please let me know, I'll order one and repair my AC.
EDIT : Got the switch, on google just search for ''6x6x5 Silent silicone button''
Ordering now, soldering another day 8)

I have received the switch !
COVID made it super long from china ...
So, to conclude, de-soldering and re-soldering the switch for a new one was super easy, took less than 30 seconds.
After reinstallation everything works fine. I didn't know the switches were prone to break, good to know it is easy to fix the problem.
