Anyone using one - What do you think ? Would you recommend ?

I know everyone is going to say you must have iid tool, but as well as the Disco, I have a couple of other cars (A3 1.6tdi and SLK55 AMG) and I'm looking for a reasonable priced diagnostic scanner to cover all three Whistle

Or any better suggestions for the £300 - £350 price bracket ?
