Standard factory fit springs

Hi new to the site iv had my disco 3 tdv6 manual for couple mouths now and love it but only issue I have is that I don't think the springs have been replaced since factory as it sits alot lower than my pals one I'm after a new standard kit I don't need a conversion kit just the springs and shocks can some one point me in right direction cheers
