2016 Graphite
I’ve tried a search but get swamped.
What I would like is a third key. What are my (non LR) options? Timpsons seem switched on and will be in there next week.
Happy to get a blade cut so I’m looking for just the fob. Also happy to buy on ebay and get it programmed.

Key fob from Internet, blade can be e.g. Timpsons or can be from Internet using photos of current key. If doing latter, I'd not use my own address.
Need an iiD or similar to pair it to the car. .

Edit Information only relevant to D3 3 button key deleted
Keys cannot be programmed. Instead the car is programmed to accept the key.
All keys have to be available when programming as initially all existing keys are deleted.
Caution. I see that you have a late model D4 and cannot guarantee that the following applys. But think that there is a good chance that it does. Others may be able to advise.
The easiest way to program keys is with an Autel MaxiAP200, original WHITE model. Currently £45 from autelstore.co.uk.
I would advise against buying alternative newer models as they require an annual subscription and may not do the job.
I and many others on this forum have programmed D3 keys with this model so you can ignore the warning that it cannot be used for key programming (for the D3).
Once your Autel is registered, programming keys is very quick and easy, with clear on screen instructions.
For more information search for Autel.

Following my caution above, the position with late D4 keys seems uncertain
.
Darrind posted on 17/9/20,
" If its D4 keys you are into the issue of the car configuration and if it has had the later software patch that stops the car having extra keys added without a hardware change."
thread: https://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/key-program...rogramming
The hardware referred to is the KVM, Keyless control module, which is very expensive but several posts report that although quoted as required by dealers, at a cost including new key, of about £800 members have managed to add new keys without changing the KVM. These include 1 with a 2016 Landmark D4

I'm afraid this is beyond my experience so I will leave it to those that know.
Good luck
John
