Anyone running 255/50 r19 on a D4?
I have a set of RR sport wheels with good Scorpoin Zeros that are 255/50 19s, so I know that at 50 they are 5% smaller, just wondering if I could use them on the Disco before they sit there and perish.
Any thoughts?

I think they'd look wrong. Apart from being too small in diameter, the arch gap would look big. RRS sits lower than a Disco.

Hi,
you could fit them, many go for bigger sizes so your just going the other way, a bit smaller side wall about 12mm
as said they will look a bit different and will have affect on your speed reading (even more over reading) and the trip
if you want a real extreme here is a TD5 with oversize 235/85/16 and under size 255/50/19
about 35mm between them

Thanks folks, I did some measuring and standing together and I am quite surprised at the difference that 5% makes. I think I will just stick with the 255/55/19s and use the 50s on the p38.2010 XS with lots of upgrades
