I have the below FBH controller, it fires up my FBH but the FBH does not generate heat, i have had it off stripped it down and cleaned it out but its still only firing up and not generating heat.
if there anyone in the Newcastle upon Tyne area that has the diagnostic cable that could help me out.
Beer tokens awaiting

Hi riverblanche
When I press the 3rd button on the remote the controller lights up and the FBH starts running, when i put my hand on it I can feel the vibration, I leave it running but no smoke, no heat running through the pipes.
The website it out of stock and has been since i bought the controller hence the reason for my post. I managed to get another FBH delivered for a good price from a breakers and apparently it was working but I would like to check the one out that is on the car with the diagnostics before I change it over again.

Hi,
by "Running" do you mean the FBH has fired up (jet engine mode ) or just starting to run but does not ignite/fire up, so no heat
if its Fired up and running (burning) but no heat have you checked coolant level

it runs but no smoke/heat so i am assuming its may be an issue with the ceramic, glow plug or getting fuel to it ? that is why i would like to use the diagnostic cable it may show something up as to why its not working.
coolant level is fine,
it done this before I took it out and cleaned it and its the same after.
