| Altox help with new phone |

Hi,
Ive got a new phone but can't seem to get the app to work now. I've followed on the altox web site as best I can but still having issues. It was working ok on my old phone and have credit etc etc.
Ive sent the device id to altox, get the email back with the password but it won't work. Ive deleted the device in the app and started again and still won't work.
Anybody got any ideas?

Got it working now, called it first and then it seemed to work ok.
