My apologies if there is already something about this but I have tried the search and can’t seem to find anything.
When I turn my heater on using the app on my phone it runs for about 15 minutes then just switches off and I get a message that the battery on the car is too low. Whilst heater is running if I also check the status section of the app that shows it’s running, flame detection etc it shows the battery at 11.6v which I do not understand. I have checked the battery with meter and engine off and it’s normally around the 12.4 and when running it’s showing 14.6/7 so guessing the alternator is all good. I have tried the remove fuse thing to reset and also I have plugged IID and cannot seem to find anything showing as problem with heater.
Wondering if anyone has any ideas. Is there anything else I can do with IID to find out what’s going on.

I would check the battery voltage with a multimeter when the FBH is running, it could be the battery is starting to fail or you could have resistance at one of the plugs so that the FBH is getting the wrong reading

mine does this sometimes. but when I check vehicle voltage in the "secret menu" it tallies with what the Altox is saying.
If it hasn't finished it's pre-heat, I also get the warning text when I start the car as the volts obviously dip when the battery is supplying the cranking current. .

Thanks for replies. I probably should have done the voltage check with it running first. The battery is only a few months old so was guessing that should all be good. I am not the most regular user of the D4 so I did stick the battery on a conditioner charge to make sure it was full up but still seems to do the same
