Hi Peeps,
I recently had to replace a duff right rear height sensor on my 2009 D4 TDV6.
After some serious chopping and cursing I got the old one out.
As it turns out when removing I had bent the bracket a little.
I have returned it to it's old shape as best as I could.
When I fitted the new OEM one for some reason I can't seem to be able to recalibrate the system.
The 3 old sensors have a value somewhere between 100 - 200 , the new one comes up at 250 when the car is in correct height. (tape measure )
When i hit "save values" it comes up as procedure did not complete fault.
Any hints or clues ?

Think you need a new bracket as 250 is the sytem limit so won't be acceptable. Of course you could have a faulty new sensor? You could set to 245 temporarily to get you going, but I would definitely not leave it like it without changing the bracket as that could have some very adverse handling consequences.
