Check your main earth wires from the battery to the body and chassis and also the main battery cable that runs down under the engine it can rub on the body and blow the main fuse at the battery terminal.

Do hazards stop when you press the unlock button on the key fob. Do the doors lock and unlock, before trying make sure a window is down

The car could be in crash mode - hazards automatically flash when car crashes so maybe some failure somewhere forced the car to think it had crashed. What are the lights on the dash? Do you have an iid?

Either way, very likely an electrical problem. There are some common places that wires rub against the chassis, like near the wheel arches, so probably worth having a look around to see if there's anything obvious elsewhere.

Sounds more like the typical CAN bus problem
