Looks like a genuine, original Land Rover Expedition Rack to me. Believe they can be quite rare nowD4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten

That is a shame,
Was looking to buy this one but car was crappy, Failing MOT, cooling fluid with oil, engine vibrating, tyres and brakes worn and more.
