Hi All,
It may appear a strange question but, it has been bothering me for a while now, so here I ask:
Is there anyway I can verify my D4 is a HSE?
I have recently purchased it and found out the private seller here in Bulgaria lied about everything. On the back of the car it says D4 3.0 HSE. However, it is 2.7 TDV6 not 3.0.
So, I have my doubts.
Any comments will be appreciated.

What is the date on it? Should be one under the bonnet. As I recall, the 2.7 was only available in the UK at the end of 2009, for a very short time, and only on XS and commercial. No idea if export market was different.d4 HSE

That is Dec 2009. I am not sure if I can get the build-sheet but I'll try.
TOPIX says "This service is not available in your market."
I managed to get TOPIX working. I've got this under the car's features "e11*2001/116*0233"
Any ideas what it means?
I DO have a registered username with the system but looks like I have no valid access levels.
perhaps someone on here with "repairer" access can help ?.

Typical HSE includes sunroofs, electric / memory seating up front (and softer leather), higher end stereos with touchscreen / satnav, electrically adjustable steering column, xenons with DRLs, powerfold mirros as a minimum.

but all those bits might not be on an export model. Some export HSE's were about the same as an SE UK spec

As above, the specification for "overseas" models usually differ from the UK specification. It sounds similar to the UK SE specification though.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

A snippet from Wiki
"The 2.7-litre TDV6 engine was available in Europe on the basic 2.7 GS passenger and 2010 Commercial ranges. Unlike the Discovery 3 base model, this was equipped with air suspension and the Terrain Response system. The automatic gearbox was an option on this model."

Thank you so much for all of your responses. Finally I found it in the specs. Sales Badge [057EN] Badge HSE [057BX]. This certainly works. https://www.vindecoderz.com.
A special thank you to disco4ever, you put my mind at rest.
