Reversing lights
This may sound like a dumb question but how keep it reverse so I can have the reversing lights on without the engine running. When I turn it off in reverse the gear dial goes down and into park.
Thanks
Richard

Richard, This will work but will eventually timeout and the car will switch off to stop the battery running down.
1/Ensure park brake is on. Start car as normal.
2/Select neutral, Switch engine off. Gearshift will stay in neutral. Switch on ignition without pressing brake.
3/Press brake and move dial into reverse. Car will stay in reverse and the R display will flash. Leaving the drivers door ajar may give you a bit longer but the car will eventually switch off after a few minutes. Hopes this helps! Good luck!

1) Perform hand stand
2) Using one hand, remove key from pocket
3) Start singing national anthem
4) Close your eyes
5) Press light button on key fob twice

This useful feature was removed in the 2014 and newer CJB
does your key fob have the button ? does suggest it is enable-able if it has.

The 2 press on the light switch only switches the headlights on and off. Need to check what`s available in the ccf list!

3 press of the headlight button - all lights off

Yet another thing I hadn't twigged! I've just been outside to check, and yes, it does exactly what you said

Thank you. Just what I wanted as I didn’t want the headlights on at the same time

Hopefully that means the OP will be in luck and will have that option available!

Yes it does. Feature is enabled in the CCF using my IID-Tool with identical settings to my previous D4 where it worked flawlessly.Disco4 V6 SC HSE (MY2014)
