It appears that Mytyres & Delticom Tyres Ltd are one & the same.
Does anyone have an email address for either, or preferably both of the above, all emails come from a "no-reply" address forcing one to use an automated telephone service or speak with a German, whose English is not perfect on a poor line.
In essence I ordered 2 x Yokohama Geolandar A/T (G015) 255/55 R19 111H on 8th September. I received a delivery confirmation of c. 16th September, rather longer than they implied on their website; the delivery confirmation gave a tracking number with SEUR/DPD.
I didn't check that until this morning only to find that the tracking number is invalid:-
I have spoken with the German help-line who say that the tyres have definitely been dispatched and should be delivered any day. I have asked for a correct tracking number to be emailed to me, but I have yet to receive this.
I really want the tyres, soon, not a refund, but currently neither seems to be forthcoming !
I, of course did not make the connection between Mytyres & Delticom Tyres initially. The former has reasonable reviews on Trustpilot, but look at the latter:-

SEUR is a Spanish shipper I think, so tyres coming a decent way. Just had a tyre delivered through them, then on to DPD from Oponeo. Along with one from Germany and 4 from Belgium. Try plugging details into DPD tracker to see if anything works.
The email sent, to be fair only a few minutes ago, to mytyres@delti.com has yet to be read. I sent it "Request read receipt" & "High Priority".

Was pretty pleased with getting tyres for Skippy from Oponeo. 4 Conti Winters came from Belgium and took 5 or 6 days ISTR, then picked up another set of wheels so ordered a summer spare (came from Belgium) and a spare winter (from Spain). Date stamps might be an issue for some, 4 winters early 19 and the summer spare 4818, but the spare winter summer 20, but fine for me.

To be honest, if tyres are stored correctly, ie. upright and out of sunlight, dates are of very little concern.
Where we used to rotate crossply tyres once a month, modern tyres especially those for 4x4s will not need to be done.

YES IT IS!! ...BUT ...the decent way is yet to be seen!!
Here in Spain it receives some criticism for not being very serious in the follow-up services and having a certain tendency to leave notices of "absence at home" without always being true, I think it is a enterprise today somewhat devalued ... even so I think there are worse ones !! :thumbsup:lost in translation!

I have, of course, responded asking, politely, for the email address of "the personnel responsible", to save me chasing her if I don't get a prompt reply....
The wait continues...
