| No Sat Nav Screen after a service? |

My D4 has just been in for a 80k service, and when it got delivered back the Sat Nav screen is dead, so there is no radio, sat nav, Bluetooth, timed climate etc. 
I've checked the fuse and its ok.
Its going back in next week when they've got a courtesy car but just wondered if anybody knows what they've done to cause it to crash , as it worked when it went in.

OK , I found this searching for a similar issue. I wonder if you ever got to the bottom of this.
I've done a couple of hard resets on mine and sill no screen or radio.
The car has done this several times and historically it's come back on but this time it seems to be dead.
