Help with Nanocom
Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong section.
I had sold my Nanocom Evolution, but the buyer has returned it claiming he couldn't it to work on his D2 or D3. It was sold with licences for:
-Valeo Body Control, ACE, SLABS, Auto box and SRS Airbag (Discovery 2)
-Motronic V8 Engine (Discovery 2 and from 1999 onwards on P38)
-L319 Discovery 3, 2005 to 2009
I know it works as I had just cleared all the fault and programmed a new key for my, now sold, D3. Is there anything that he may not have done, that I can pass on to any future buyer when I resell it? All suggestions Welcome.

sounds (to me) like the "buyer" had free use of your tool, then returned it......
