Shudder / Vibration with erratic Revs
Hi there
Ive been living with for some time but its now beginning to get worse.
There seems to be a vibration/ shudder around the 50mph mark esp going uphill but will drive through it and runs fine.
Also while driving at around 60mph the revs start to bounce as if it were hunting for a gear and again once driven through it seems fine.
This is not so noticeable in Sport mode.
I Had a gearbox flush 2 years ago and just. trying to eliminate what it may be as its coming up for 207T and will need the timing belt done so would like to know if this is an easy fix before spending a fortune.
Thanks in advance.

Have you added DR tranny yet ,only a temp fix as it is most likely torque converter .
My dad had similar but not as bad it cured it 6 k miles ago but he knows he is on borrowed time mate

Symptoms suggest your Torque Converter is failing, Dr Tranny will cure it for a little while, but I'd start saving to replace the TC sooner rather than later or prepare for a new gearbox bill..
If it feels like it's hunting gears/rev bouncing in the 1700-2000 rev range that is another confirmation of TC problems....pushing into Sport mode takes the revs slightly higher and the issue seems to go away. Mine did exactly that, got it's TC changed and all is now well.G4OC Secretary
