Can recommend both of the above - Andy @ Whites Auto Services and Ben @ Engine 710.
But, if just for fitting side steps, very easy job that can be done by an amateur (like me) in less than an hour, and there are YouTube videos showing how

Can anyone recommend an independent LR garage near Edinburgh? I need someone to fit D4 side steps.
Seconded for Engine 710 - I do a lot of work in Scotland and they have serviced my vehicle a number of times at this stage.....

Fitting side steps is one of the easiest things to do on a Disco (provided it doesn't involve removing old bolts ), if the sills are untouched then all of the fittings behind should be covered with tape or plugs.. simples
I managed this as one of the first ever jobs on an earlier car... but understand if lying on your back or side causes an issue as this will involve doing that to fit the brackets...
Any decent local garage should be able to do this fairly quickly...I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!
