Steering rack inner joints

Hi

I had this for an MOT advisory on my RRS last year.

How would I fix it?
A new rack or can you buy the components required ?

Also a lower front ball joint is a Concern

That’s each I think x2

RRS can have 2 different types of rack fitted.
Also all RRS have variable assistance at low speed (hey you need it while parking Laughing ) but this doesn’t appear to be a factor

Glad it helped and at least with Meyle u know ur getting quality parts

Also front lower ball joint

So looks like that works out around £100 for both sides inc bolts , will have a look at the place I bought my arms from to see if it works out better value

Ref ball joints, it looks like there held in with circlips and refitted using a G clamp
