Mystery warning light and beeping and reset button

https://pasteboard.co/JCCShNH.png

Hi I’m wondering if anyone knows what this mystery light and reset button are for as it’s driving me crazy the car keeps making a beeping sound then a small round yellow light comes on in the right hand corner of the dash then I have to press this red plunger button on top of the steering column to make it stop but it wil just start beeping again randomly
To me the butttin don’t look standard and I can’t find any info in the manual

I have put a link to a pic of it if you could please have a look and see if you know what it could be for

Thanks

It’s an aftermarket thing, certainly not something JLR put together. Could be almost anything.

Do you have a spare wheel underneath in the back? If not it could be some kind of fuel pump thing between the tanks.

You need to trace the wiring.

It's either the machine guns out of the front, the ejector seat or the back window shield. But when you activate the button if nothing happens, it'll be the compartment underneath at the back that drops tacks all over the road and it'll be empty. You just need to fill it up.

Don’t push it twice within 10 seconds!
