Bluetooth software upgrade

Trying to find somewhere that can do a bluetooth software upgrade so I do not have to keep pairing my phone everytime I get in the car.

I have seen some historical posts, but wondered if there was a plug in software upgrade option that does not involve me taking half the car to bits, which is nit one of my strong areas........
