I suggest you search the forums for "Megaflush"
Quote:Please do a search of the forums. There are plenty of opinions and supporters of all of the following methods:
- drop pan, new filter, change oil (dilutes, does not replace it all)
- megaflush (properly done replaces all ATF, adds conditioners, etc.)
- filo flush (home made flushing)
Personally I’d do a megaflush but that’s just me.

If you want a decent outcome like many here I would recommend you contact
Bodsy (Ian Bodsworth) who is highly recommended & undoubtedly the man for the job.

Mannol AG55 is a good alternative to the genuine ZF fluid. It meets the required specs. The best place to buy is direct from Germany...

+1
Used this method myself last year and it worked a treat
The oil that came out was as black as tar. Had to put 10 litres of new fluid through the system before it came out crystal clear.
After the flush I removed the sump pan and fitted a new steel type sump pan, filter and plastic sleeve.
Refilled with Mannol and threw in a couple of tubes of Dr. Tranny for good measure.
I would reccomend that 20 lts of Fluid is bought just in case the old fluid is as mucky as mine was.
The advantage of using this flushing method is that it removes and flushes the TC contents rather than just doing a drain/refill. Relocated to Mid France from N. Wales March 2021

I absolutely agree John. I did the same on mine and ended up pushing the full 20 litres through it. Maybe overkill, but it reassured me that the new fluid was super-clean. Kev

Price is NOT delivered.... what i read..
TBH it never is if there is water in between..
Adverts in the UK saying, incl. Delivery always make an exeption for out of the UK, works also the other way around i am afraid.....
On the other hand, free delivery is seldom seen here on the mainland of europe. Best regards
